The compact but spacious house with an area of only 153 m2 is designed for elderly couples who often host theri children and grandchildren. The main task was to create a cozy and comfortable place which will be convenient for spending time alone and in a family circle. Therefore, the master bedroom with bathroom and sauna are located in a remote block, away from the entrance, and the rest of the rooms are grouped in front of the house with a covered terrace, which has access from the kitchen-studio and both bedrooms.
The pitched roof creates a nice countryside atmosphere, complemented by the warm colors of the terraces and the wood-paneled walls.
