Task:

The main task in the renovation of the Soviet-style hotel block was to create an object that would not contradict the surrounding landscape, had an easy to implement design solution, as well as excellent aesthetic features, harmonious with the surrounding development of the cottage town.

On the ground floor of the complex is compactly located the administration unit, reception and children's room, and the second floor is occupied by a gym.

stylistic  features

The object harmoniously fits into the environment thanks to laconic forms and natural color scale of facing. Panoramic glazing allows visitors to get the most out of watching river and forest views, feeling part of nature.
