Task:

The main task was to create a luxurious residence in the woods, which will blend harmoniously with the environment. It is necessary to create an atmosphere of living, as if in nature.

The space of the cottage was formed of 3 bedrooms, an office (or a guest room, becoming the 4th bedroom), a central living room with a kitchen-dining room and a fireplace area, to which there is an exit from all rooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and dressing room. Large panoramic windows provide a comfortable amount of light and overlook the seating area.

stylistic  features

The effect that mimics "living" wood on the terrace and naturalness in the design of the residence, we achieved with carefully selected materials: dark matte clinker brick, wood flooring restrained shades and decorative plaster in dark gray. So naturalness and functionality are combined in the unique architectural projects of Goodwill Residence. We created residences with a great love for the forest landscape, and provided visual harmony with nature.
